To retrieve your username or password, click on “Forgot your password?” on the “Log in” page and enter the email address linked to your account.
You will then receive a link to choose a new password and recover your account.
If you have not received an email, check your spam or junk mail folder.
If the email is not in your spam folder either, or if you have forgotten the email address linked to your account, please log in via Itsme and then check the “Personal details” tab in your account to ensure that the email address linked to your account is correct. If this is not the case, you can contact us with your new email address and attach a photo of the front and back of your identity card.
