I’d like to change the email address associated with my account. How do I do this?

If you’d like to change the email address associated with your account, click the “forgot password or email” button on the login page.

You can then authenticate via Itsme and change the email address and password associated with your account.

If this doesn’t work, you can contact our customer service team and include a photo of the front and back of your ID card, along with your new email address.
